Orangetheory Fitness Vintage Park is looking for motivated, enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team!

As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional member experience while helping our studio grow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable making phone calls, following up with prospective members, and closing sales.

We're looking for individuals who bring positive energy, take initiative, and want to be part of a team that helps people achieve their fitness goals.

What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

Connect with prospective members through outbound phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communications.
Schedule introductory workouts and help prospective members take the first step in their fitness journey.
Present Orangetheory membership options and confidently guide guests through the sales process.
Follow up with guests after their introductory workout to answer questions, overcome objections, and close membership sales.
Build relationships with current members to encourage referrals, membership upgrades, and long-term retention.
Work toward individual and studio sales goals while contributing to overall studio growth.
Participate in local marketing, community outreach, and promotional events.

Member Experience & Studio Operations

Create a welcoming, energetic, and positive atmosphere for every member and guest.
Greet members, manage class check-ins, answer phones, and assist with class reservations.
Provide studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout experience to prospective members.
Work closely with coaches to ensure first-time guests have an exceptional experience.
Assist members with questions, account updates, and membership needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Support daily studio operations and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn studio management software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Willingness to learn the Orangetheory workout and membership offerings.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
